Õ¬ÄÐÊÓƵapp Corporation is organized in six sections: Community Õ¬ÄÐÊÓƵapp Services, Hospital Services, Medical Staff, Human Resources, Finance, and Engineering and Capital Projects. The President/CEO and General Counsel report directly to the Board of Directors. Direct reports to the President/CEO include those from the Chief Operations Officer, Medical Director, Compliance Officer, Quality Director, Public Relations, Administration, and Tribal Self-Governance.
The departments under Community Õ¬ÄÐÊÓƵapp Services include Village Õ¬ÄÐÊÓƵapp Services, Behavioral Õ¬ÄÐÊÓƵapp Services, Õ¬ÄÐÊÓƵapp Aide Training, Wellness, Office of Environmental Õ¬ÄÐÊÓƵapp, Infant Learning Program, and Environmental Services/Laundry. Village Õ¬ÄÐÊÓƵapp Services manages village clinic staff, including Community Õ¬ÄÐÊÓƵapp Aides and Clinic Travel Clerks. Behavioral Õ¬ÄÐÊÓƵapp Services includes Nome staff and Village-Based Counseling. The Wellness department includes CAMP, WIC, Tribal Healing, and Nutrition Services.
Hospital Services includes Laboratory, Audiology, Physical Therapy, Emergency Medical Services, Radiology, Respiratory Therapy, Pharmacy, Eye Care, Patient Support Services, and Nursing. Patient Support Services includes Medical Social Work and operates the Patient Hostel/Pre-Maternal Õ¬ÄÐÊÓƵapp, as well as In-Õ¬ÄÐÊÓƵapp Support and Care Coordination programs. A Chief Nursing Officer oversees Nursing in the Emergency Department, SART, Infection Control/Employee Õ¬ÄÐÊÓƵapp, Quyanna Care Center, Acute Care, and Primary Care (which includes Maternal Child Õ¬ÄÐÊÓƵapp and Sterile Processing).
Finance includes the Accounting department, Travel department, Materials Management, and Patient Driver.
Human Resources includes Benefits Administration, Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Tribal Training and Development..
The Engineering and Capital Projects division includes Capital Projects, Sanitation, Facilities Maintenance, Village Facilities Management, and Corporate Housing.
The Information Systems department, including Security, and the Revenue Cycle director, who manages Patient Financial Services and Õ¬ÄÐÊÓƵapp Information Management, report directly to the COO.
